Glenbar Malting continue to evolve in more ways than one, being on a relatively small scale has allowed us to experiment with other grains. Ie. Sorghum The new improvements will further more allow us to contunue to provide more options for our clients. We have supplied Geelong brewer Gavin Gamble with organic barley malt for 2 years. Holgate brewing in Woodend are using our malt to produce Glenbar Lager and Swan Hill Lager - both certified organic. Our malt has been used in many other products such as whiskey, biscuits and bird seed just to name a few. In the future we hope to supply more micro breweries with our organic malt.
