Glenbar is an 11,000 acre fully organic / Biodynamic NASSA Certified property. Glenbar is located in South/West New South Wales and is mananged by 4th generation farmers Graeme, Dianne & Marcus Nalder.

Being part of the grain belt region we produce a variety of grains ranging from rice, wheat, spelt, oats and barley.

We took a big step in 2001 and installed a 10 tonne on farm "malthouse" to convert our barley into Australia's 1st certified organic malt.

As organic farmers we always work with the future in mind, making sure that our air, water and wildlife are preserved forever.
