History

The malthouse was established with the help of RAKIA Engineering, New Zealand.

Since the establishment of the malthouse both Graeme and Marcus have completed a malting course at the University of Ballarat.

The initial setup and trials had considerable input from a 3rd generation dutch malster who currently manages one of Australia's largest malting plants.

Over the past 5 years, the malting plant has become much more sophisticated with computerised filtration and temperature control. This allows for more control and a better end product.
